How to keep your Lulliez companion soft, safe, and ready for cuddles.

1. Spot Cleaning

For small "adventures," use a damp cloth with mild baby-safe detergent. Gently dab the area—never rub harshly, as this preserves the handcrafted knit texture.

2. The Gentle Bath

Hand wash in cool water is best. If using a machine, always place your Lulliez in a pillow case on a cold, gentle cycle. Avoid zippers or velcro in the same wash.

3. Air Dry Only

Never tumble dry. Lay flat on a flat surface or drying rack in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

4. Reshape & Fluff

Once dry, give your friend a gentle massage to restore its shape. For textured bears, a soft-bristled baby brush can be used to lightly groom the yarn back to full volume.

Please regularly inspect your Lulliez for any loose threads or wear. While we double-stitch for durability, a quick check ensures your little one’s favourite friend stays safe.
